1. I do not even understand  what title means

3. read the below question when it comes to summary question

 

4. find most important sentences in each paragraph

 

5. analysis the structure of reading

vocabulary: his best watercolor paintings equal his larger oil paintings in both structure and intensity 

equal is the verb in this case and it means to be the same in value, to achieve the same standard or lease as....

No one can be made better off without making someone else worse off.

 

An economy is efficient if there is no way of reorganizing production and destribution to improve everyone's satisfaction. Economists call such a state allocative efficiency. (A) when people come to a market with goods they have produced, they trade their goods for those of others. (B) Every completed trade raises the satisfaction of both sides. (C) When all of the beneficial trades have been completedm no one can find another trade to improve his situation. (D) Udner such conditions,  the economy has attained allocative efficiency.
